Buyer aware. If you need to contact Buy.com tech support, tough luck. There are no technical support phone number and you can only reach them by email. If they do not like what you said, they can just ignore your email. No way you can get a live person to answer your questions. I will think twice before I ever buy again from someone do not want to list their customer service phone number on their websites.

Yah, forget about buy.com - they suck. You can get this baby from Combacon-plus for even cheaper. Do it through MS Live Search and you can get it for $102, else it's $108 shipped. And they shipped pretty fast.
So far I'm very impressed by this drive; 1 USB cable for all and it's running great, quit and tiny.
