Circuit City has been giving out $10 gift card recently. Well unless you plan on buying more than one game. Otherwise stay out of Circuit City's $10 gift card

why not pick up a $10 gift card with the game for free. What's the worst that's going to happen? You don't get to use something that you got for free?

So if we order this on pre-order, they charge your credit card, and then Circuit City goes out of business before the release date, what happens after that? Will they be obligated to still deliver the goods, or do they screw you over and say, "we are keeping your cash, but you are not getting your product"?

most places are $59.99, so this is a great deal! doesn't matter if Circuit closed, since they don't charge credit card until the item is shipped.

Price shows as $59.99. Discount is applied once item is added to your car. Gift card shows as $10 until you check out. It's free then.
