I have a pair, bought them about 6 months ago when they were just a bit more expensive. Just after the return period (go figure) I blew out the driver in the right ear piece. It still plays, however on certain songs there is a very distinct scratching noise in it. They do a great job otherwise as I ride the train/bus to work everyday and it's nice to not have to listen to other people's conversations.

I have these as well. They have a two year warranty. Call/e-mail sure, why use broken headphones #2?

i just got these a month ago. best earphones used yet. no regrets. cant hear anybody talk and perfect for studying. only con is say is that the cord feels like is cheap plastic. maybe a tab more bass would be perfect.
