I just bought a TV on Dell a couple days back. I used the EPP to get an additional 4% off and then bought a $100 gift card on eBay for $45 bucks (you can normally get them at a $20-40 discount on eBay).

See tons of Vizios being returned at Costco. I read an article with the CEO of Vizio and he said almost 50% of his employees work in Cust Sat. Can't decide if that's good or bad.
