I'll wait a few more months for a $200 PS3.

60 months is not "a few". or you want to get a refurbished ps3?

is this the one that works with netflix?

#6 No, I don't think so.

I like the price, but will not give money to the likes of tigerdirect.com. They're one step above buying out of the back of a white van in the grocery store parking lot.

What, no rebate for Tiger Direct to not fulfill? Is this one of the signs of the apocalypse?

This one doesn't work with Netflix and is inferior to the Sony BDP-S350 and S550 as it only plays DVD-R (for those of us who have old DVD backups in +R format) Works fine for blu-ray, but why buy for this price when you can get a Sony new for a few dollars more.

These things need to be under $100 soon, otherwise BD is going to lose out to something you can download.

I have the 2550 from Best Buy with the streaming NetFlix and Pandora music service. I like the streaming movies and music the BD player has as well as the BD player itself. It has the Reon chip for upconverting standard DVDs, which is supposed to be top notch. Only thing that bothered me is the low sound level when using analog 7.1 channel out. The Samsung doesnt let you choose levels for the speakers, just lets you pick large or small for each one. Had I realized this before I bought I may have opted for a cheaper non analog out player.
