They should just remove the CD player part and put in 3 SDHC slots and a pop-out tray that docks your MP3 player.

WTF about mosfets? They aren't especially expensive, if it had the output power to need them, it'd have them. Oh BTW, mosfets don't generally sound as good, they are only used to make a product with more watts/$.
