I bought this from some place through BB 2 months ago. It shipped from China. I bought 6 of them for $5 a pair to use as stocking stuffers. Not too bad but they do consume the batteries a bit too fast.

#5, just in case it's not the led, unscrew the top, and with a flat blade screwdriver, press down all around the ring shaped piece at the bottom (so as to make good contacts with LEDs).
