Not that great of a deal. Why would anyone get this over the CHEAPER but just as good 42" Syntax Olevia from target.com? It is $1300 but target has 10% off coupon code Ben just posted yesterday.

I bought one too. But I got a baaadd feeling about this. The last time I bought something from Fry's off this site (a $12 thumb drive 1 gig) I got a msg. saying the item is no longer in stock and my order was cancelled. How can they get away with this crap? I haven't even gotten an order confirmation yet and its been at least 5 hours. I think they are about to cancel all of the orders that all you tightwads (like myself) placed. We need a class-action lawsuit if they do. I already bought a tilt stand for $35 on eby

I think Fry's would be smart enough to realize if they put out this type of deal and then turn around an cancel all the orders...people will be upset and decide they will never deal with them again!

I did too, however when I ordered the TV is was saying 'In Stock, Same Day Shipping' ... It is now the second day and still showing 'In Process' ...

Worried I am.

I got confirmation finally. But last time they cancelled my order I also got confirmation. I have heard of them doing this before although I hadn't experienced it myself until the order prior to this one. Let's keep each other up to date here on when they ship and if anything else changes. BBB and State Attorney General is going to be a good place to start if they start cancelling our orders.

Late yesterday afternoon mine went to Backorder. This morning I recieved an e-mail saying it was shipped with a tracking number. But 2 hours later I am still seeing now 'In Process' again...

This morning, I found that they charged the $$ into my credit card (pending authorization). It looks like they are going to ship this order out soon
