IMO, the wii board is more of a short-lived novelty. I get much more general use out of the rock band peripherals that this board and they are comparative in price. I could be proved wrong over time if Nintendo releases some decent games for it.

my sis picked one up from costco last week. she said there was still at least 100 left so it was probably a new shipment. i'd say just give stores calls and ask them to check on inventory before you head out...some places will even hold it for you
