Crappy, overpriced, "robot" vacuum cleaner. Ask yourself, are you really that lazy?

Skip the 530, it requires too much babysitting (you have to start it manually, plug it back in to recharge it...)
The 560 can be found for $260 and it has an automatic scheduler (it can start vacuuming everyday after you leave home), and returns all by itself to its docking station to recharge once it's done. Been using one for over a year in the room where I keep the cats' litterbox, and it's been working flawlessly. All I ever have to do is empty the waste receptacle once a week and clean the brushes once a month.

#3 How would you know, my mom can't even afford an illegal Mexican alien with you living in the basement eating all of her groceries.

I had a newer-model Roomba (forget which number exactly) for a while. It's really a glorified sweeper, not much of a vacuum cleaner. Good for picking up cat litter but not for actually keeping a rug clean. Bought it from Hammacher Schlemmer so was able to return it with no problem. I'm a big fan of the Scooba though, for mopping hardwood floors, have been using it for over a year.
