The sony's are good, UI is snappy. The IQ drops off a cliff when the lighting is poor, but no worse than any pocket digicam.

Actually, this camera takes terrible pics. Price on it had dropped like a rock (I think the list was about $250). Try it out and see...take a pic and zoom in on an area; you'll see blotches, graininess. Forget about cropping an area and enlarging...not gonna work.
