beware exlcusions. i have one of these wadded up somewhere in my basement that never got used. you may want to call ahead at the restaurant that you are planning o ngoing to and make sure they take them on the night you are planning on going, and then make sure you present it to the waitress before ordering to make sure you order something covered.
It was such a hassell I won't do it again.

Hmmm.... lamb.
Always present coupons to a waitress before you order. But all exclusions are written directly on the website before you order. Just don't buy these things ahead of time, buy them while you are deciding on a given night where you would like to go to dinner. That way you will know if you meet the requirements for sure.
We have found a lot of great restaurants using these, and saved a lot of money.

Read through that #3, the unwary consumer probably clicked through a misleading restaurant.com link from the $14.95/mo service. As to exclusions, the usual are holidays.

I have a number of certificates from when they were going for $2 for $25 back in December and I have yet to receive any spam or unwanted charges.
The selection of restaurants isn't all that great around here, but the 4seasonswine.com option rocks. $25 off of an order $75 or more and they have good wine. I buy about $80 of wine and then get $25 knocked off.
I sent these as gifts as well. Your recipients don't know how much you paid for them. I sent my brother $350 in certificates and paid only $26.
I'm tempted to get more because of this offer, but with the coming hyperinflation, I'm not sure the value will hold.
