I have this Seagate drive in the G-Shock version and love it. Very fast and very very quiet. If you are going to use this in a notebook, I highly recommend that you buy the G-Shock version instead of the above model. Same part number, but with a G on the end. Well worth the additional bucks for the peace of mind.
