    and one of the best features of headphones is the peace and quiet you bring to your immediate vicinity...(unless your listening at the steel mill)

    I loved my Grado 80s.. but I don't think this is a deal. $69 is the normal price.. you're only saving on shipping.
    You might as well go into a brick and mortar so you can try it out before buying!

    btw, Grado 60s and 80s are open-air, so while they sound GREAT.. they don't block much outside noise, or keep your music to yourself.

    When I shared a cubicle w/ a coworker, I eventually stopped using my Grados because she could hear everything I was playing!

    OTOH open ones sound more well open and is sometimes preferable to closed type headphones.

    Depends on where you listen to them.

    If you want something sound very very good, the Sennheiser PX100.
