Got them, they're an OK deal at this price. You might want to consider whether you want to use this type of earphone, and start with a cheaper set of in-ear isolation style earphones to see.

I have a set of Westones that were about this price, that I like better than these. I also have other Shures that sound better than these. I don't have the SCL3's but I don't think these sound quite as good based on other people's reviews.

You should know that all my Shures have been returned at least once to the factory for replacement under their two-year warranty. Shure has good support for RMAs, but my Westones have never needed it...

The SCL3 are better than these but not THAT better, i have the SCL4 which is just this one with the bass port, nothing to be amazed as usual the law of diminishing return applies here. If you just need a pair of headphones that sound good for the gym or jogging get these but paying 3x for the SCL3 does not mean they are 3x better, may be .2 better.

Generally, the SCL3 is better than this I think base on it costs more. More expensive doesn't always mean more better, but then you get what you paid for Smile. I just got a SCL3 set at guitacenter.com for around $63 shipped too. The only set back that it's must be white.

I got the same ones at Guitar Center, that's why I was asking, since they are same price as these.

    Thanks
