The fact that they do not put specifics of the restrictions for Value tickets in writing anywhere on their site is not helpful. Why put an asterisk next to "restrictions" if you're not going to list out what those restrictions are?

I know for AMC, the value ticket restricts you from admission to new releases (you have to wait 2 full weeks after a movie release to see it). Kinda sux.

Isn't a matinee still $6.50? Maybe it's been too long since I've been to a movie.

I see no tickets for the movie theater where I go.
Anyway, all I have to do is to put 25c in the slot there, so this offer looks way too expensive.

I live in Boston where movies are $10.50 and $11 for non-matinees (yes I go to movies after work like normal people
)
The restrictions on the value passes are that they can't always be used before either 10 or 12 days into a movie's run (it depends on the theater chains and actually on the specific theater).

lol at #5. you can get regal or amc tickets for around 6-8 dollars each at Costco but you must buy in pairs with out restriction.

#8's absolutely right. Costco has tickets for ~$7 for two. I would imagine this site would also charge you sales tax on top of the shipping (note that Ben's code is for shipping). All in all, not a deal at all.
