Would you want a "refurbished" board?

You can probably find a board leaning against the building out back...

how do you refurbished a board?

I own one of these, and it's broke, who do I call to send my board back to be rebuilt? Do I get a discount on a rebuilt board? Does anyone know where the board rebuild center is?

These thing are terrible pieces of plastic junk. Don't buy them...this isn't even a deal.
