Yes this is for 1st Gen only. It's $349 for the refurbished 2nd Gen Touch.

Bought my iPhone refurbished in October '07 and have had no problems whatsoever. Just bought an 80gb iPod classic last week for $169. I strongly recommend buying refurbished if you're in the market.

Refurbished products DIRECT FROM APPLE are perfect, in my experience. I've bought refurbished Apple products from others (eg: Buy.com) and received clearly damaged products.
