If I'm running I can feel my heart beating fast. If it beats too fast I get tired and start walking. This just gives me a number. IMO I don't need something to tell me to walk.

It's only accurate to the point that you monitor it to see changes from one time to the next. I have one and I can monitor my progress. I wouldn't take this over an echocardiogram.
