I've got the Jabra BT-350 that vibrates, and I love it. I don't want to walk around with the earpiece on my ear all day, so the vibrate feature is essential. The thing fits in a change pocket and has 7 hours talk time. It is an older model so you can frequently find it for $10 at places like eCost.

If the vibrate doesn't matter to you, this one is a great deal, and reviewers seem to state that the noise cancellation really works.
