So, if I lose my 4.7GB of precious data after five years, will RiDATA refund my entire 19 cents for the disc? Or is it prorated over the 30 years, like a tire warranty?

Verbatim is better than ridata, not saying ridata is bad or anything.

For the same price (no MIR), I'd go with Verbatim.
