No #2, they aren't. They are offering the same product for $20, after $50 rebate. Go ahead and buy it from Amazon and pay $8 more, and wait around for your rebate. You can call it your "stimulus rebate", and go out and spend it on groceries or cosmetics, and vote for Obama again becasue he's so articulate and good looking.
