As long as you keep the software and firmware upgraded, this is a nice remote. I've have one for a couple of years now.

Waste of money, you'll miss having physical buttons. Get the Harmony One instead, if you don't need RF.

its not all touchscreen... but i wouldn't buy anything from buy.com, they are a horrible company inside and out.
