Just buy a cheapo GPS like the Magellan Roadmate 1212 for around $110 (best bang for the buck). Then buy another cheapo one in 1 or 2 years to stay current with maps. You'll forget to do something one day and someone will rip it off anyways.
Here's why you want to buy the 1212:
1) TTS
2) 6 million POIs
3) Sirf Atlas 3
4) Route optimizer - put in your places and it'll pick the best route
5) Route detour - user selectable time, when you sit in traffic it detects that and reroutes you
6) It shows you the street your on plus the next one to turn onto
7) You already have a bluetooth headset so this doesn't need it
Just becaue it's cheap

Amazon has this unit for 79.99 plus no tax and free shipping so it's actually a better deal than this. c'mon Ben!

We've been very happy with our TomTom ONE 3rd edition, it's easy to use and gets us where we want to go. I don't know that the Buy.com price is such a deal, though.

i got this, and it sucks. Doesn't have sense that when the car is on or off like the magellan and nuvi does, to auto turn on and off when the car is on or off. Super long loading times, and very inacurate. I'll be on the 5N and it'll randomly throw me into the farm to my right. Maybe because I got a buggy refurb. =\ I'm going to try to get a refund.
