Somehow Panda and Titanium do not sound right together. Panda and bamboo would be much better.

Agree with #4 - please do not use mcfeces unless you need to have high blood pressure and wishes to strain your heart and bring on a stroke.

I used AVG free on a few systems, it was fair up through v7.5, then v8 became bloated, then 8.x became buggy crap which takes multiple times as long to update and often starts failing to update itself if several factors aren't ideal which they failed to test against (version 7.5 would still update fine). Definitely not "just install it and forget about..." for lots of people, though for others it works fine so the question is whether you feel lucky.

The most effective AV is called linux.

#10 - Although I also experienced the AVG download buginess, AVG just came out with a new version (can't recall the version # thought). So far, so good in my experience with the new AVG version.
