I bought one of these last year, and the restaurant refused to accept it. They claimed that they had withdrawn from the progem six months prior.

#1 Tell restaurant.com customer service & they'll trade it in for a super certificate that you can apply to another restaurant. I traded in a cert. that way for a restaurant that was closed on the day I expected to use it.
