This is perfect for the homids, australopithecus and heidelbergensis, to ride to their jobs at McDonalds.

I think this is more for the "Go Green", not for the "Fatties". Anyways, has anyone had success installing one of these?

Im seriously considering it. I would love to not have to bring my big SUV just to go to the store a couple of miles away. But is it a "motorbike" or an enginebike?

Fatties don't own bicycles. If they did, they wouldn't be fat.

I am thinking of getting one just for the fun of the installation... Working with my son to retrofit his bike. I think my wife will kill me though - if she can catch me. Smile

Just wait until the first person gets hurt/killed with this and we'll see how HHI likes being sued.

#3 How is a motorized bike more green than a human powered one? I'm with #1, but I guess if it comes down to whether they are going to drive a H2 or a motorized bike, I'd rather they use the bike.

The video on the site is not of this product. Good work, handhelditems!

Calling a 2 cycle green is a stretch. EPA certified? Maybe if EPA stands for Extreme Polluters Association. Yes it gets good mileage but nothing pollutes more than a 2 cycle unless you count coal burners. Oh wait, we now have clean coal! Right... Just like we don't have stupid people anymore, just challenged.

these are very noisy too and they trail smoke. great way to get attention - if you are into that kind of thing

Pay about $250 and get an electric kit that will also (supposedly) max out at about 40MPH. http://www.thelashop.com/catalog/48v-1000w-26-Inch-Front-Wheel-Electric-Bicycle-Motor-Conversion--p-722.html

This was just a plain ole bad idea when gas prices were twice what they are now. Now, it's just a waste of money. You'll be helping out HandHelditems who I'm sure got greedy and bought a bunch of these thinking they'd make a fortune when gas was expensive, and now can't seem to get rid of them.
