Not good. Leg extensions are horrible without the bar and pads that support and lift the backsides of your knee joint...especially if you're tall.

these are the cheapest made benches. It is made of cheap thin metal that does not give you much support.

Your better off with IRON plates. These plastic ones take up too much space on a very small bar already.... that's if you're going to lift heavy.
