For $30 more, THIS ONE does 1080P upconverting, for a much better image on flat panels, and sounds better too.

What is with all these systems. I just want a reasonable receiver with 2 HDMI that are not simply path-through. I am sure that it doesn't sound great for $150 with speakers included.
