I just bought this camera 2 weeks ago at Costco on Maui. I paid $200.00 and it came with a carrying case, battery, and 1GB storage card. It was worth every sent. While in Kihei, HI I found the same camera at Long's Drugstore for $300. This camera took great pictures of sharks, sea turtles, etc while snorkeling. It was also great to not worry about the water while swimming in waterfalls. Charger is huge but you can charge with USB cable. Other than that takes pretty good pictures.

I also got this at Costco last week for $200 (I plan on dishing this camera much pain and wetness, so I figured the Costco "warranty" well worth the extra $35 plus it came with a really nice case with belt latch attachment). Thus far I'm quite pleased with it. A few cool things: 1. it has a "tap" mode, where you can tap the different sides of the camera for different things (cool if you have snow gloves on, etc). 2. It has a MicroSD adapter!!! I'm no longer stuck with XD! and 3, it takes really good pictures. Really.

The only downside, is that there aren't a whole lot of power-user options...for instance, you can;t even soften the flash (which is sometimes way too bright).

Got mine wet (only in the pool...been to cold in San Diego to surf!) and it came out just fine.
