Not sure what the RMS is for this speaker, but you can get 2 similar speakers at sellout.woot.com for the same price.

#1, the speakers on Woot are total crap. RMS doesn't really tell you anything at all about a speaker, anyway.

Great speaker if you have no speaker at all.

I have similar Polks that I really like (RC85). eBay for about $150-$175 I think. I can't imagine they compare to the Pyles at all. I have some Pyles I bought for my car for $20 and they sound OK at low volume but otherwise they distort.

Dumped all of my 'big box' speakers and did the whole room (7.1) with in-wall speakers from PartsExpress.com.
Easy to do (if you have an attic), sounds terrific, and great value as they have several levels of sound quality to choose from.
