when i fly mine near my 42" LCD HDTV, and the TV is on, it drops to the floor like a rock, anyone else experirnce this? does the TV interfere with it, you think?

Only when I'm watching Chuck Norris flicks.

Kidding aside, there's probably some TV power supply RF interference. Easiest fix is keep it away from TV.
