I hate Verizon as a company, but I love their service (I live in NH and no other company has the same coverage across the state). They are Nazi's and it sucks. Enough rant
I know of at least 4 people who are sucking it up and ditching this phone because it is not nearly as convenient as you'd think. They touch screen on it sucks and the keypad isn't all that great. Most of them turned around and upgraded to the Samsung Omnia and are quite happy with that. I'd keep looking around if I were you

Pretty much the opposite for me #7. I've had this phone about 18 months and while the touch screen isn't a iphone, it is fine for dialing numbers. The keyboard is probably the best keyboard on the market for men. The space between the keys is the reason I can fly on the voyager (yes, I have tootsie roll shaped finger and often mistakenly try to eat them).
It took a few months to really get used to the Voyager, it isn't a very geek phone... not like a pocketpc phone, but it is a pretty good phone as far as functionality.
