Once again how come they have so many refurbs? Bet they have never seen the snear of thermal compound in their life.

#3 It not refurb from thermaltake. I only buy discontinued item from Thermaltake directly not refurb. BTW, their refurb item not necessary lower than new items in store . I paid my blacX for $15 AR and M9 Case $15 AR plus free shipping- but their refurb cost 19.99 and 39.99 + S/H.

When you deal with American buyer- they return at their will, not 100 % product related. People always want something with endless capability but their knowledge level cannot catch up -- most important thing is they are lazy to read the manual. That's why American always mention "idiot proof"- Because there are way too many idiots around..
I used to visit Gigabyte repair facility, and see the piles and piles of M/B. I always jokes to them they need higher warehouse so they can pile up higher. Are Gigabyte this bad ?? no- most of the board test ok and restocked. Just like I saw it in the Western Digital - They just low level format the drive and more than 85% HDD did not see any problem and restock for RMA.
