I have this phone and it sucks. The battery dies within a day. Verizon has replaced my phone 4 times. Also, the "OK" button on the top of the keypad unlocks my keypad a lot and has made unintended calls.
This phone needs to be recalled. If you look at the reviews on CNET almost everyone has the same battery problems.

I can second that. Also, the reception is not all that great, especially in fringe or low reception areas. I had the first 2 chocolates that worked perfectly at home (fringe) and in the office (low reception) but the Sway wouldn't even get these calls or txt would come 15-30 mins late.
Its obviously not the network so I only have the phone to blame.

does the phone allow large storage mode when connected to a usb port so you can get your pics/video off of it without having to pay for the bandwidth usage? does it have a standard micro usb slot?
