This is about 16 times more expensive per GB as 1.5TB HDD.

Gosh, thanks #1. Nobody has ever pointed out that the price-per-GB is higher with Raptors than it is with normal 7200rpm drives.

I'm sure glad you took it upon yourself to help us out with that one.

I know I'm a better person because of #1's insight.

So what is the website to order that 10K 1.5TB SATA HD #1?

#1 is right.

All jokes aside, I owned the original raptor and now this one and I'd have to say they're the top drives on the market. I actually notice the speed difference considerably. These are great for putting your OS on, then throw in another 1.5TB drive that #1 is talking about for all your storage.

#7 is right, I also use this for my system, very fast execution of programs especially for graphic artists...and then use the bigger drives for storage....

Agree to #7
This drive is for fast performance, not for large storage.

Why is it that since #1 stated the obvious, EVERYONE else has as well?

I bought this when it first came out at twice the cost.

It has been the single most useful component in my PC and probably the best money I've spent in my case.

It's called conversation/discussion #10. Very enjoyable...
