23" monitors are fairly short vertically for how wide they are. Personally I don't like the dimensions. Best advice, try to find one in a store so you can take a look before you buy to make sure you're going to like it.

@ #2 Very true this monitor is almost 3" shorter than my Dell 19" 5:4.
