I got Dead Ring 3 weeks ago. (bought when Halo 3 release).
Then I registered in microsoft site.
The fix was free including both shippings.
It took me 2 weeks and microsoft also gave me 1 month free live card.

I bought some garbage a few weeks ago, but it broke, so I sent it back to the garbage company and they fixed my garbage for free, twice. They also gave me a coupon for more free garbage. I'm so happy!
