Class 6 is worth the premium
That's like saying premum gas is worth the premium. It really depends on whether the car you drive is tuned for it. A high end spots car needs it but a camry will run the same on regular or premium.
My sansa mp3 player won't sound any better with a class 6 card. I'm pretty sure my smartphone also won't benefit either.

Decent price.
you'll notice the difference between 4 and 6 on smartphones that use linux & have bigger than, say, 500MHz processors
Class 6 is better, but a class 4 is still nice and will do in many circumstances. 8GB at this price is a good deal.
