    These can also be converted to cat harnesses. An easier, albeit less efficient solution. Not recommended for those with hardwood floors unless your cat is declawed.

    The point is you aren't lifting with your back, giving you more stamina and decreasing chances of a back injury. I've tried them and they help.

    these work, i've tried them. we moved a foldable treadmill turned sideways through a doorway, it was easier with these
