Sears has the Accu-Gage 2060X Tire Gauge with Pressure Release Valve for $5 with free pickup. Shipping option is $7. Features a 1.5" mini color dial gauge with 60 psi range, push-button valve releases air to desired pressure, and a tire-shaped rubber shock absorber cover.
the rubber shock obsorber cover works great in the event you leave it attached to your wheel and drive off. too bad they can't solve the gas pump still in your fuel tank when you drive off... alway see flames in my rear view mirror!
Whatever you choose, make sure the center piece that presses down on the valve is made of metal instead of plastic. The metal type last a long long time while the plastic will deform and become useless in only a few years.

These things are accurate and is especially useful when I am using it at the track.
I've had one for years and they work great and are well made. If you don't lose it, it will be the only one you need.
Good reliable brand for sure. Just don't figure on using this for anything with 2 wheels. It won't happen.
similar product from Autozone for $4. it's a everyday price.

"push-button valve releases air to desired pressure"
