Sears has the Accu-Gage 2060X Tire Gauge with Pressure Release Valve for $5 with free pickup. Shipping option is $7. Features a 1.5" mini color dial gauge with 60 psi range, push-button valve releases air to desired pressure, and a tire-shaped rubber shock absorber cover.
Poorly designed. The valve is at the end of the shaft (straight). Most valve stems (especially motorcycles, bicycles) are angled. So getting this to line up would be difficult on most applications. But, take a look at your wheel. It might work for you.
Don't even think this will work with anything having (2) wheels!

Got one, works fine on Toyota.
I coughed up the extra $2 for the brass one with a larger, easier to read dial and better, more solid-feeling release valve.
But it's true that these gauges with straight shafts only work on cars and are essentially useless for bikes or motorcycles.
