I made an account today just do I could leave my two cents on this company "Brown Box"
horrible customer service "Do Not Buy" from these people. They deal with a 3rd party company called
"Seneca" for warranty and exchange. After "Brown Box" gets your money they pawn you off on "Seneca"
I received several defective units before I had to file a claim with them with ebay and my credit card company
for them to send me a working unit.
