Acer is about as reliable as the rest. In other words they all have dud components from time to time but otherwise they're decent for the money if you want a ready made OEM build instead of a DIY build.
Back the end of September it wasn't any great deal at $600... now 7 weeks later it's feels about right for a OEM i5 Box.
It's optioned up nicely for a home use, web, Email machine, while good "do-all" discrete graphics provides a good bump over the on chip Intel HD Graphics 2500.
Most desktop parts and builds from the likes HP, Acer, Lenovo, Dell are quite dependable.
Good Price?

I have owned a acer tablet, a acer laptop and a acer desktop. All are still working after almost a year.
