I agree. Really hard to justify a 3-cell battery on a netbook. The whole point is portability.

I was considering a acer notebook (not netbook) that is at a local store for 369. it has a 6 cell battery but still only claims a life of around 3 hours! so either it is a power hog or the batteries in this notebook are junk.

I think getting a 6 cell netbook is only 30-40 more than a 3 cell and would be well worth it.
