The bigger screen and keyboard are nice for those that think the 10" netbooks are still a little cramped. Comes with 2GB of memory vs most units that have only 1GB which is nice. Since the bigger screen drains more power, Acer with with the slower Z520 processor (1.2GHz vs 1.6GHz) in order to keep the battery life competitive with other netbooks. Considering you don't buy a netbook for speed anyways you probably won't notice the difference that much.
This would be a sweet deal if it comes with a faster CPU and 6-cell.
