Acer builds good "value" TN panels, not as good as Samsung's but cheaper so that has to be taken into consideration.
I'd imagine there aren't any reviews because nobody would have bought it at $180 w/o LED backlighting or HDMI... maybe in 2009. $130 makes it look a lot more attractive as a secondary display.
