A few days ago, they had the a200 8GB tablet for $45 less. Is the extra 8 GB worth $45 or was that a better deal?

Really? The other deal was at 1SaleADay and this deal is at 1SaleADay through ebay. My guess is it would be a similar amount of time to ship.
