Isn't there two Acers one a V model and there's X model, one was suppose to be better them the other?

“It's actually the V223WBD (which is the budget model) not the X223WBD. I ordered it a few weeks ago. You can tell this by the Mfg Part#: ET.EV3WP.001
The part number for the X223WBD is ET.EX3WP.001
The part number ET.EV3WP.001 - is the V223WBD version.â€
