was $110AC shipped last week from Staples
I don't know much about these things, but I need a larger monitor to attach to my work laptop, now that my eyesight is going, and I need to know if this monitor hooks up to the laptop through a USB port. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This Monitor cannot be hooked up via a USB port. It will connect via DVI, VGA, or with an adapter, HDMI. The only USB based video devices I have seen have been very low resolution and refresh as USB doesn't typically have the bandwidth graphics require.
Also note despite the OP, this monitor does not appear to have an HDMI port or adapter included.
